KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the prices of gasoline and diesel, effective Thursday, December 8, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
87- and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $101.41 and $103.07 per litre, respectively, down by $0.83 each.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $95.38 per litre following a decrease of $1.07, while ultra-low sulphur diesel is down by $1.27, and will be sold for $105.35 per litre.
Meanwhile, kerosene decreased in price by $0.53 and will be sold for $87.38 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $34.32 per litre, down by $0.04 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $42.49 per litre after a decrease of $0.63.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
